puma shoes - I bought these as a replacement for an eight-year-old pair of Pumas I use for indoor soccer. I am 48 years old and suffered an Achilles rupture during an indoor game while wearing another shoe brand. After my recovery, I went back to play but needed "lift" in order to minimize the strain on my heels. I buy Puma for the heel elevation they provide, and not for comfort or style. Compared to Nike, Diadora or Adidas, they are superior in this area.
